Clarana Organic muffins with icing

How it works
- Preheat the oven to 200°C top and bottom heat or 180°C circulating air. Mix soy milk, sugar, oil and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Mix together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Then slowly stir the dry ingredients into the others until the batter is smooth.
- Fill the muffin cases halfway with the batter. Cut the treat into individual pieces and press one piece into the dough, then put the rest of the dough on top.
- Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes and then let them cool.
- Spread the icing over the muffins. Press the Organic mini chocolate lentils onto the icing and leave to cool. Bon appetit!
