How it works

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C top and bottom heat or 180°C circulating air. Mix soy milk, sugar, oil and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Mix together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Then slowly stir the dry ingredients into the others until the batter is smooth.
  2. Fill the muffin cases halfway with the batter. Cut the treat into individual pieces and press one piece into the dough, then put the rest of the dough on top.
  3. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes and then let them cool.
  4. Spread the icing over the muffins. Press the Organic mini chocolate lentils onto the icing and leave to cool. Bon appetit!
